55 years old patient presented with swelling on the base of great toe with ulcerations and also multiple swelling on the thigh....
Swelling is non tender, nodular in surface, 5 x 4 cm in size... Hard in consistency, non mobile. Ulcer has no discharge, base cover with necrotic tissues...
Malignant melanoma !
